Cross-Border Consumer Sales
Overseas consumer contracts are not handled as instant self-serve checkout. They proceed only through individual inquiry, individual quote, individual pre-contract explanation, and individual payment. Before payment, the customer is informed by email or another durable medium about price, scope, timing, cancellation conditions, and any applicable taxes. A Stripe payment link is sent only after price, currency, tax treatment, and contract terms are confirmed. Where local law requires an express request to start during a withdrawal period, work does not begin until that request is recorded.
