• Cloudflare Pages / D1 for website hosting and inquiry storage
• Stripe for card payment processing
• Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, WeTransfer, and similar tools when you choose to share material through them

Because these providers operate internationally, information may be processed outside your country where necessary for hosting, security, payment handling, and recordkeeping.

6. Security

Reasonable measures are taken to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, leakage, or alteration. Submitted links are stored as text and are not fetched or opened automatically by the site itself.

7. Retention

Inquiry messages are generally kept for up to 12 months. Contract, invoice, and payment records are retained for the period required by law or ordinary accounting practice, then deleted or otherwise managed appropriately.

8. Access, Correction, and Deletion

If you request access, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal information, the request will be handled within a reasonable scope.
